Fèves

Fèves known as broad beans are in season and we are taking advantage. We eat seasonally, in this climate there is more than enough winter vegetables to keep a gardener on their toes and our bellies full but the first spring vegetables sure are a treat. A big pile of them in the middle of the table doesn't last long around aperitif hour.

i know neon is in at the moment but that colour is a little crazy.
