We started harvesting at the beginning of september and I am proud to announce our first wine of 2012 is born. It's a girl, and she's beautiful. Like a proper little lady this one had us waiting, fermenting for a whopping 27 days but those who wait shall be rewarded, she is fresh and juicy and full of potential. She will sit out the winter in oak barrels maturing to perfection until some time in the spring when the first hints of warm temperatures will remind us of the summer to come and she will gracefully make her debut.
